• Crutchfield - car and home stereo and other electronics.  Their prices may not be the lowest, but their over-the-phone technical support is excellent.

• Tire Rack - large selection of tires and wheels.  An excellent site for telling you what tires will fit your car, and also includes some comparisons of various tires on the market.

• BMW Digest -- provides a forum for BMW owners to exchange information and technical tips with other owners and enthusiasts.To subscribe, send an e-mail to mailto:bmw-digest-request@mailgate.wizvax,net and include the message "subscribe bmw-digest" by itself in the body of the message (no subject required).  Include the word "help" to get a list of other majordomo commands.
• DTM Power - Forum and articles
• EuroTeknik - "Chicago's Premier European Car Community - BMW, Audi, VW, Porsche."  This site also hosts the Windy City BMW Forum.
• Roadfly - lots of information and forums on BMW, MINI and other European models such as Porsche and Mercedes Benz .
• The UUC Digest - set up by some folks who got tired of the unmoderated junk that infiltrated the original BMW digest.

• The BMW Store in Cincinnatti, OH.  I bought my alarm system and CD changer from these guys.
• Cosmos Racing - very reasonably priced cold air intake.
• Emiatta.com - noted for their replacement plastic rear windows for the E36.
• Pelican Parts - good prices, great service.  I like their book "101 Perfromance Projects For Your BMW 3 Series 1982 - 2000."
• Rocky Mountain Motor Works.  I bought floor mats and license plate holders from them.
• Turner Motor Sports - bought the Conforti Shark Injector, plus items such as brake pads (Hawk Performance Street).

• BMW Car Club of America, and their links page.  If you drive a BMW and aren't a member of the BMW CCA, you ought to be!  It offers the best car club magazine around, and gets you discounts on parts at dealers and after-market companies that will pay the dues many times over.
